How long does onboarding take?
Most companies are live within one working day. We verify your company details, configure the platform, and set up approval chains during a guided session under 30 minutes.
Do employees need to download an app?
No. Booking via WhatsApp requires no app download. The web platform works on any device. A native app launches in Year 2.
What happens if a booking falls outside policy?
Out-of-policy bookings are flagged before confirmation and routed to the appropriate approver. The traveller sees the policy reason clearly.
What languages does Flecto support?
